A 577/45 MARTINI HENRY CAVALRY CARBINE, CIRCA 1877, serial no. 34, with 21 in. barrel fitted with wing protected front-sight, and ladder rear-sight (top sighting bar missing) saw cut at breech, the action with faint markings 'ENFIELD 1877', two piece iron mounted walnut stock, the butt with Enfield 1st class roundel, and faint Yeomanry issue markings dated 1888, worn overall, barrel and action to grey / brown patina some rusting, action at fault due to missing parts including extractor, no rod.
